This past week was another different one. I tried some new workouts, did very little running, lots of walking, and I also have some good news!
I'll start with by Friday-Friday workouts and then break the news!
Friday 6/17:
Gym for a quick lifting circuit
10 minutes on arc trainer
45 minute spin class
3 mile walk with Speckles
Saturday 6/18:
20 mile bike ride
3 mile walk with Speckles
Sunday 6/19:
15 mile bike ride
3 mile walk with Speckles
Monday 6/20:
Full body lifting session
25 minutes elliptical
3 mile walk with Speckles
Tuesday 6/21:
3 mile run on treadmill
25 minutes elliptical
3 mile walk with Speckles
Wednesday 6/22:
3 mile run with Speckles
45 minute spin class
Thursday 6/23:
3 mile run on treadmill
Quick free weight circuit
20 minute arc trainer
3.5 mile walk with Speckles
Friday 6/24:
45 minute spin class
3.6 mile walk with Speckles
SO, as you can can, LOTS of walking, spinning, biking, and lifting, but very minimal running!
My leg is not getting worse but it's not getting better either. I am afraid if I do too much on it, it will get worse so I am being very careful!
And.... for good news #1--->
I have landed a September internship for my senior year of vet tech school! I will be interning with avian and exotics and I am SOOOOO excited! I also got my October internship and will be doing animal physical therapy!

I am trying my first kickboxing class on Tuesday!! I am sooooo excited and kind of nervous but I know it will be great! I got a deal at ilovekickboxing for 3 classes for $19.99. I cannot wait to try something different and get my butt kicked some more!
