Running short on time? Don't feel like working out? Need to do some strength work and cardio? Well, here's a good challenge for you!
So just spell out your name, first and/or last, and do it 2-3 times through!
So, this would be my workout if I followed it:
R= 15 pushups
A= 50 jumping jacks
C= 30 squats
H= 20 squats
E= 1 minute wall sit
L= 2 minute wall sit
G= 20 arm circle
R= 15 pushups
I= 30 jumping jacks
F= 10 burpees
F= 10 burpees
I= 30 jumping jacks
N= 25 burpees
I really lucked out with burpees and squats.... NOT! But, I love a challenge, and this is certainly a challenge for me!
