I know a lot of people aren't fans of running with music, but for the most part, I enjoy listening to music. It motivates me and makes me push through those hard runs. I go through phases of music, some new, some old, some from when I was growing up, and wanted to share with you in case you like running to music!
Top 20 Current Favorite Running Songs
1. Send My Love (To Your New Lover)- This song is off of Adele's newest album. It is good for warming up because it is not super fast but not super slow either.
2. My Band- This is a song by Eminem's first band. It is a little inappropriate to some but it has a great fast band and some funny lyrics in it. The beat is great also.
3. Mary Jane's Last Dance- Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers- This is a good old song with a catchy beat great for running to!
4. It's Still Rock and Roll To Me- Billy Joel- Another oldie with a fast, catchy beat! This is good for the end of race when you're holding a pace or trying to pick it up. It's also great for tempo runs!
5. It Wasn't Me- Shaggy- This is a classic. It's spunky and has a good beat in the back that helps push you through a run.
6. Firework- Katy Perry- This is a really motivational song. I like to tune into the lyrics because it pushes me to try my hardest and do my best!
7. Don't Let Me Get Me- P!nk- I am a HUGE P!nk lover! This is a classic P!nk from when she first started her career. It just brings back nostalgia but I love running to it!
8. Don't Let Me Down- The Chainsmokers- This song is featuring Daya and has a really unique beat. It has fast parts, slow parts, and mellow parts.
9. Crazy Rap- Afroman- Now, don't listen to this song if you don't like swears, drug talk, sex talk, or anything else inappropriate. I am not a fan of the lyrics, but the beat is too good not to run to!
10. Berzerk- Eminem- Another awesome beat! Nice and fast for tempos, races, race pace runs etc.
11. Mr. Jones- Counting Crows- This is one of my all time favorite bands, and this song is one of my all time favorites! It's fast, catchy, and helps me run faster!
12. Crystal Baller- Third Eye Blind- This is another one of my all time favorite bands, and I love this hidden gem of a song. It starts slow and quiet and then picks up and gets louder!
13. It's Not My Time- Three Doors Down- This is a great rock song with fast background music. It is a song I grew up listening to and brings back good memories, but also is great for running,

15. Holding onto You- Twenty One Pilots- If you've never listened to this band, go now! All of their music is great for running. It's strange yet so catchy and funky!

17. Move Along- All American Rejects- This song is fast and is another one I grew up listening to. It just has this vibe to it that makes me love it!

19. Like A G6- Far East Movement- This song is what my field hockey team used to warmup to in high school and it just pumps me up because of that!
20. Hollabak Girl- Gwen Stefani- I'm sure you know this song! It has a great running beat and I am a huge Gwen fan!
